Tomato sauce with enough cheez.
You know enough cheez iz in your tomato sauce when your cat will eat
it. I use "Simply Food", and another brand would probably do. Among the other oddball foods for a cat are mayonnaise and coconut milk. Echo will eat popcorn, too, and that's probably not a good idea -- seems to me that cats get too much corn in kibble. _______ http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/ BrewJay's Babble Bin |

Most cats like mayo.... After all, all it is is egg yolks and salad oil. the oil is good for them, (in small quantities) because it helps them pass hair balls. |

Why they like Brie is beyond me. Unfortunately, the Feta cheese is way too salty. |

Brie and Camembert are both pretty much the same; with the same fungus, and I think they are almost alone in that: Other cheezez are bacterial. Brie iz made with cream, though, so cats probably prefer it for the fat content. Mark Twain wrote a funny story about Limburger, comparing it to a corpse on a train that rose in "rank" from corporal to governor. I would like to do an experiment with Asiago, Romano, Parmesan, and Provolone cheez, because those are the four in "four cheez pasta sauce". I don't see any of them by themselves (outside of labels) in brick (or powder) form, though, except Parmesan. Maybe they're available at a dairy specialist of some sort. |
