Waffles and Pickles are both fluffy. Okay, they're overweight. I feed them
Iams Weight Control. Before they were put on that diet, they ate Friskies
dry, which they love.

I use Friskies as cat treats, scattering a few pieces on the floor when
I'm
working in the kitchen. They gobble them up from the floor.

They are sloppy eaters, and often spill some of their Iams on the floor.
They wouldn't think of eating it once it's on the floor.

Kitten will eat anything on the floor, on the cabinet, in other cats'
bowls, or on
the washer, which is where I feed Boots so that Kitten can't see.
She's past the fluffy stage
and is well on her way to being just plain fat. I haven't had an
overweight cat
since Cherokee. When I sweep the floor around the bowls she tries to
eat out
of the dustpan. We're going to have a real problem here.

LOL! Yes, it sounds as though you will.

We used to have a vacuum cleaner dog Rex (RB 18) did a great job of
keeping the floors clean. TuTu is not very interested in cleaning
around her bowl. MLB

I have my vacuum cleaner cat - Caliban. He doesn't mind if something's
on the floor; if it's fudz, it's fudz, and it's gone. He also cleans
Miranda's plate after she has eventually finishes her meal - some 4-5
hours after I dished it out. Caliban obligingly licks her plate clean,
though there's no food left on it. I guess the smell lingers.

Marina, Miranda and Caliban.
In loving memory of Frank and Nikki.
