Default Stopped in my tracks

Every time I come upon Eli laying on his back with his legs in the air, I am
stunned anew by the recent change in his character, and have to sit down and
watch him sleep, while doing my best to keep from reaching out and rubbing
that black belly. But I can never hold off for very long. Even the much more
laid back Tommy and Baby Eyes never sleep on their backs.

The beautimeous Pandora (or Pandie, Pandie, sweet as candy) does this.
The first time I saw it, I knew she finally felt at home here
(//sarcasm on// only took 6 months //sarcasm off//). Now all the
babies do it (except for brat Barnabus) because they know it means
tummy rubs from the meowmie.

Barnabus gets all his lovin's from head butts (and you'd better have
your teeth together, or he'll knock 'em together for you ... and
hard!), but that's another story.

Smokie Darling (Annie) - Pandie used to be called Gracie (because she
isn't graceful), but really likes being called Pandie Candy now.

He's ....poking!

I thought nobody pokes like Smokey

(Smokey in a fully inverted poke; Kumani in a curl)

None of my other cats do that. Nocturne believes that a lady's belly
is not for public display. As for the sisters, they prefer to flop or
curl or nest, and woudl probably jump on one another if they tried to
poke upside down.

I can't believe you used "Nocturne" and "lady" in the same sentence.

Oh, she's very elegant. It's not ethics that stops her from having a
poop on our pillow; such behaviour is not becoming of a dignitary and
demigoddess, so she refrains, even if she feels we deserve it.
Besides, what punishment could be worse than losing our headnox off our
pillow....losing our ability to serve as her tummy-warmers at night?
