thank you, soft says that the hardest part is watching her parents hurt.
Soft feels that what is is but her parents will have a really hard time with
this, and she thinks it isn't fair when she even has the same original
starting parents who are hard working and have done their best and then they
have to feel pain like this, Miss Violette, sad for soft's parents

Yes, Lee, it is difficult to watch one that you love suffer; and even
more difficult to know that you may lose someone that is so much a
part of your life. Please accept my hopes for a turnaround in your
brother's condition, and that your parents' pain be lightened.
