I am hoping to blow away their estimates by a year but if it does not happen no worries. I will get there in time. I won't set my self up for failure by doing a no matter what goal. I was joking with mom last night and said I lost 3 cat litter bags ;-) |

Happy thanksgiving
You're certainly right about eating on Thanksgiving, Jill. Most people
think it's a holiday which has the sole purpose of stuffing as much down you throat as possible (and then feeling the consequences or even just "bloated" for the rest of the day. I prefer to have "mini meals" all throughout the day - still enjoying every dish, just not trying to force down lots of every dish all at one sitting. It does make the day more enjoyable for me. I'll even go so far as to use slightly smaller plates so you can put into perspective how much you're planning to eat. OK, off my soapbox and discontinuing an uninvited lecture! ; -- Hugs, CatNipped See all our masters at: http://www.PossiblePlaces.com/CatNipped See the RPCA FAQ site, by Mark Edwards, at: http://www.professional-geek.com/rpcablog/ "jmcquown" wrote in message ...
