Teen Gets 1 Year Prison For Burning Kitten To Death

Many teenagers do things because they haven't been raised to have a
conscience about their poor actions. A better punishment would be to
have any of these animal offenders live like an animal for a while and
work with them so that they can develop respect for the animals.

It's about time -- all too often people that have abused animals get
away with a small fine or short term propation. Wondered what would
happen if they had to work numerous hours at the SPCA if any type of
abuse happened then they'd get jail time.
