Hi

Pericles was a rescue kitten, runt of his litter that couldn't find a
customer: he arrived at 13 lbs by 18 months old & just stopped. His 3
brothers all added a few extra pounds, I'm told.

Snowball's only just reached 8 lbs but won't become enormous I suspect
as both his parents aren't huge.

I'm 6ft 3 and 190 lbs so we're all in proportion (except the small
bungalow).

As to the furriness, I have Pericles-colour carpet or floor tiles
throughout so didn't spot a problem until Snowball arrived, but the
addition of a Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner solved that, as long as I
clean daily. Snowball's breeder has about a dozen fluffies on the go
at any one time, including kittens, & tells me she vacuums four times
a day.

So I'm pretty lucky really :^))

With both a Maine Coon and a Ragdoll, I wonder how one can live with
so much bigness and furriness?

After all the sad and/or moving news recently, Pericles my Maine Coon
celebrates his 5th birthday today in a happy and healthy state (touch
timber).

Snowball the Ragdoll kitten is also 8 months old, so new pictures have
been
added both in his "kittenhood" and "adolescence" albums at the usual
URL.

Enjoy.

Regards and purrs to all those in need

Exocat
