Where did he hide it?

I have two small felt mice that Tiger likes to bat around. Suddenly
yesterday, one was missing. I searched everywhere (almost) - on my
hands and knees with a flashlight. I looked under both sofas and
everywhere else where he could have batted it but no luck. Suddenly
today, it was sitting on the floor right near the other one. He must
have stashed it some place but where?

I used to have "retriever" cat who managed to stash candy wrappers,
etc., then bring them out weeks later for a game of "fetch". (Christmas
candy wrappers in July didn't speak too well for my housekeeping, but it
was the discarded tampon wrappers that were most embarrassing!)
