Default Weeble's Lumpy Leg - and another story

Weeble goes back to TED this afternoon to have the lump looked at (again)
and to see if they want to do a biopsy. The lump has gotten smaller in
diameter, but harder & I think it sticks out farther than before, too.
Also, last night when he (finally) clamed down for a nap on my lap, it
seemed higher in temperature than the rest of him (makes me think it's an
infection)-but that could have been my imagination. And it still is NOT
bothering him in the least, even when getting poked & prodded.

The funny(?) story that I have is that yesterday morning, after DH got up
for work, Weeble decided he wanted to share* my pillow with me as, and was
laying there with his back against the top of my head (almost like I was
wearing a cat hat), so I reached up and started rubbing his belly, kinda
feeling to see if he was developing that 'fat pocket' that cats get. Well -
I got startled because I felt a series of lumps!!!!! At first I thought his
nipples, but then dismissed that, then thought that maybe lymph nodes.... So
I sat up to take a look at them, and got the surprise of my life: my hand
had wandered back further than his belly, and I was actually fondling the
little feller! I molested my kitten!!!!! (I didn't do it on purpose!!!! I
swear Officer, it was an accident!!!! I am NOT a bad kitty-mommy!!!!!) He
actually didn't seem to mind that, and was kind of upset that I stopped (no,
he was not 'aroused' as he's too young for that yet) rubbing his belly.

In the future, I don't think I'll rub kitty belly if it's not where I can
see where my hand is actually going.

*I say share as he's not yet large enough to hog or steal the pillow

ROFL! You kitten abuser, you! Purrs that the lump is really just a reaction
to the vaccination.

TED said Weeble's lump *is* smaller, and he's did say that the vaccine that
they liked to use was no longer available, and they were getting more & more
'lumpy cats' with the stuff that they are now using, and that they were
looking to find a 'no-lump' vaccine. Someone here had posted the name of
the vaccine that their TEC was using that was a 'no-lump', Purevax, but
couldn't think of it when I was there (just now I had to go back & look
through the old posts, which were still on my server to find out), so I am
going to call them tomorrow & see what they ARE using and what they WERE
using.

Good to hear Weeble's lump is getting smaller.
Lots of best wishes for the vets to find a no-lump vaccine,
