Sheriff Of Catmerica

I checked Capt. Midnight's (RB) old law books, and they said that
any kitty over age 6 months can vote, and any kitty new to rpcc
can vote as long as they've posted at least once.

Stormmee, Chester, as far as I'm catcerned, you're both
registered voters in Catmerica.
