Default Surgery Purrs :-(

I am going in Monday a.m. for gastric bypass surgery. Not for the
usual reason, but it's
the same surgery nonetheless. I am *not* pumped about this but I don't
have a whole
lot of choice in the matter. Have the surgery or starve to death.
And in the usual Murphy's Law fashion, I had a dental emergency
yesterday. I think I've
mentioned (probably more than once!) how bad I hate dentists.
They tell me it's a 10-day hospital stay with a fairly long recovery.
If I can get the iPad to
work in the hospital, I'll post as soon as I can
Major purrs appreciated!

Sherry

Surgery will probably be fun after the dentist thing!
Lots of purrs for you, and Ricki Lee sends her special healing wags.

Aw, Sherry, I'm so sorry you're having to go through this - I know what it
means and it does seem really frustrating after what you've been through.
One hint - after the surgery you'll have to take massive amount of B
vitamins for the rest of your life. You'll have the choice of either a
monthly shot or the sub-lingual B complex liquid - I'd go with the liquid,
it's not at all bad (you have to leave it under your tongue for 30 seconds)
and then swallow (B complex does not break down properly when taken in pill
form). It will save you from having to self-administer injections or got to
the doctor's every month.

Mega healing purrs are on the way - I hope you can email from the hospital.
You have my phone number - do NOT hesitate to use it whenever you like.
