Default Persia's Test Results :)

Yes, there's a smiley in the subject line. When I picked up Persia and
Peaches at the vet, the vet wanted a consultation with me since they reupped
her shots and stuff while she was boarded. Great news!

She's lost 1 lb.but now the vet wants me to give her 1/4 cup of her x/d
formula in the morning and cut back to 1/8 cup in the evening. He wants her
to lose another pound. He said yes, she'll cry, but let's try it.

He reviewed her blood panel with me and said for an (approximately) 8 year
old cat she is *very* healthy, even her teeth! (Last time they suggested a
dental cleaning but maybe this R/X food is helping with plaque?) He said
there was nothing alarming in her bloodwork; she's very healthy even if
she's a little "fluffy" He also said she's a very sweet and pretty cat,
which of course I couldn't argue with!

Since I got her home she's done her routine house check just to make sure no
one stole her toys or her crackle sack or my bed or anything from the
closets. The Dum Burd (Persia's vernacular, not mine!) is on her table and
all is right with the world. Persia is now flopped out on the floor by my
chair. She's pretty sure things are okay again
