Default Is my cat psychic?

Our cat Stinky always seems to sense when we are about to go out, no
matter how discreet we try to be. She goes from looking very content,
to very sad. Can she tell that we will be leaving her, if only for a
short time. Our vet has checked her over, and she is fine. She always
goes to the same spot on our bed, near a window, to wait for us. Any
thoughts on this will be appreciated.

Cats always know when you leave. I don't think it has anything to do with
psychic ability.

Tell her you are going out -- about how long -- and that you will be back.
Tell her she is in charge of looking after the house now. Then repeat
"we will be back"

If he knew I was leaving for the day, Tiger would attack my feet and
spit. I guess he has given up now because he has stopped doing it. But
I do believe that cats are psychic.
