Default Purrs for a little white cat

The guys at my office have a set of binoculars. They generally use them to
spot pretty women in the parking lot below but today they actually came in
handy. They spotted some people trying to coax something out from under a
car. As soon as I saw them pouring milk on the ground I just knew it was a
cat. Since I always carry cat food in my car for the ferals I encounter I
rushed down. Underneath the car was a poor little white kitten or small cat
with the sniffles and a very dirty tail. She looked like posibly a persian,
she has the long hair and the snub nose. There was already somebody there
who had offered to take her to the shelter if we could get her out. I put
the food down and let her eat some before I scruffed her and pulled her out.
She couldn't have been feral, she cuddled right up to me and despite her
extremely dirty tail her long white hair was not terribly matted. I also
didn't feel any ribs so she hadn't been a stray long. She was quite sick
though, maybe that's why she didn't fight much. We thought she was blind at
first but it was just her extra eyelid. While sitting in the back of the car
she opened up her eyes to show us the most beautiful blue eyes. I feel like
I might have sent her to her death though, I'm not sure what a shelter is
going to do with a very sick cat. I just hope that she is somebody's and got
lost and they are looking for her.

Sending purrs for the poor thing to get reunited with her slaves, or to
be nursed back to health then introduced to new slaves.

These cats turn out to be the BEST cats-- these apparent throwaways.
Purring for her to get into a home, quick.

Indeed. Samuel Redcat was someone else's discard, and I can't imagine
living without his sweetness.

Purrs on the way for the little white kitten. Hopefully someone will
give her a little extra care and get her well again and she'll find
the perfect slave and move into her one true home.
