I wondered the same thing, but this was recently in CNN, so its a new
stroy. Sounds an awful lot like something posted here a while back
though.

This story is about a Wal-Mart in Indiana (happened out back of the store),
what you're probably remembering the story of what two workers did to a
injured cat (in a parking) lot of a Menard's in Wisconsin (Indiana people
used a pellet gun, Wisconsin people used shovels )
