I found this hilarious. This kitty either really likes guitar music, or his
slave, or maybe both.

I found it kind of sweet, too, since my guys have always been very
supportive of my musical efforts. Stinky would always come and hang around
when I sang (unlike other cats I've heard about), and Dante likes to sit on
the piano bench when I play.

This was a hoot! When I used to play piano (and hope to do again someday)
Tucker would come and sit underneath it and hang out - he liked it!.

Same here. Rusty often sat under the piano bench when I played.
But I think he just wanted to be near me instead of wanting to listen.
When I am on the computer, he would come in and sleep on the window
hammock. When I go to the living room to watch TV, he would come and
sat near me (if he was not fast asleep on the hammock).
But I haven't played the piano for a long time, and the it needs a
tuning badly.
while some keys are stuck.

'Way back when I was taking organ lessons, Princess (Siamese RB 16)
would round me up at 11 AM and lead me to the organ. She would sit on
the floor by the side of the organ with her eyes closed while I
practiced. She loved it when I played the organ flutes. If and when I
switched to strings, she would meow harshly in protest and then walk
away. MLB

What a nice cat to remind you to practise. Must be nice to have an
organ at
home. When I first started piano lessons, I didn't have a piano at
home.
Mom didn't want to buy one for me in case it was a passing fancy. Had
to rent the piano at a kindergarden for practice after schools. Some
of those
pianos were fully functional. I got one with pedals that didn't work.
Then when I was in college, sometimes it was s hard to find a piano
in the music
dept. But there were many grand pianos in practice rooms and I
didn't have to worry about disturbing neighbours or room-mates. I
could play scales on and on, not that I like playing them. How I miss
playing on a grand piano.
