Not Really a Gift, but...

Years ago I bought a copy of this cat print:

I first spotted it when I was in the Dallas area for an art show with John;
it was in the window of a vet's office I thought it was hilarious! It's
an unusual size (21.5 in. by 25 in.) and I didn't want to pay for a
commercial frame shop. Some of those places charge a fortune!

It was stored in a cardboard tube all these years. When I finally got my
stuff from my apartment in 2009 it was John to the rescue! He said he could
frame it for me. I gave it to him and we both promptly forgot about it. LOL

He told me a couple of weeks ago he was making a frame for it. (He had to
cut a piece of plexiglass to fit, too; glass is entirely too expensive and
hard to ship.)

The framed print arrived yesterday in the mail yesterday. (I'd already
forgotten about it again!) It's perfect, a simple black frame that
compliments the black & white photographic print, ready to hang. I think
I've found a good spot for it on a wall in my bedroom
