Exactly--my cats totally hate collars. To make collars
tolerable I have to make them really loose. That makes
them easy to lose, however.

My cats keep losing their breakaway collars (on which I
write my cell phone #) when playing outside.

Would it be possible to somehow mark their fur
with a die to make it obvious that they are pets? I've
considered writing my cell phone number on them with a
permanent marker, but I wonder about toxicity issues.
Your thoughts? Thanks!

I can't think of any way to mark there fur, but if you haven't already,
I would have them microchipped.

Is this what they refer to as "the mark of the beast"?
Just joking, I couldn't resist.

Have you considered gluing one of those styrofoam Union "76" balls to your
cat's tail? Maybe a little orange flag on their tail, like they put on
dune buggy whips? (LOL)

oh, oh, thats sooooo awful! (meanwhile I am laughing my head off here, just
so you know the tone I have taken *G*)

too too funny, as I can just picture this cat with that flag glued to his
tale- - - too bad I am not a graphic artist, or I would paint that image.
!!!

Thank you for the laugh!

Mel

Anytime Mel! Laughing at your cat is what keeps them humble and wondering.
