I just made a nifty sisal scratching post/lobby ashtray combo. One
cat uses it and the other still uses the couch (bad kitty). It this a
teritory thing? Should I make another post?

Scratching post/ASHTRAY combo?

Priscilla

Well, I guess it's the perfect gift for the cat who smokes.

Sherry

I didn't even notice that. My cats won't go near an ashtray. That might be
why the one cat won't use it.

I had to get rid of my coffee table because I lack the discipline to
put things away if there is a flat surface to leave them on. I've
wanted a lobby ashtray for a while and couldn't find one. So I
decided to make one. I'd also been contemplating making a scratching
post for a while. It seems like a natural combo to me.
