Some days...
There are days, like today, that I feel like I am running a kindergarten. I
was sitting at my computer this morning, when I heard a low growl coming from the vicinity of my kitchen. It was my siamese, Amanda, and our conversation went like this: Amanda: MOM! He's looking at me! (very low growl) Me: Silver, leave her alone! Silver: But MOM! I am just sitting here! (big yellow eyes all innocent) Me: Will you two behave? (Go and get Silver and move him into dining room). Now go play. Few minutes later, I hear louder growls from Amanda. I look, and Silver is looking at her, this time from the dining room. He has angled himself so he can see her, but not be in the kitchen. Amanda: MOM! He's STILL looking at me, and he flicked his tail at me this time! Silver: I did not! Honestly, mom, she is being a pill today! Me: That's enough! (Go pick up Amanda, all the while listening to her describe what she will do to Silver if she gets a chance, and put her in my bedroom to chill out.) Sigh. Kids! G |

Sigh. Kids! G I know how you feel. Luna is like that, she will start growling the moment Basho, Issa or her sister Maya look at her. Which then causes said onlookers to decide to chase her. Which causes a chase around the house which has resulted in the untimely death of various mexican folk art pieces.
