Transport purrs for a kitten

My humans sometimes make transport runs to help get needy doggies or
kitties from kill shelters to foster homes or forever homes. There is a
transport coming up this weekend that they would really love to help
with, but they will be in Wiscatsin visiting with Meowmie's parents.

There is a special-needs kitten that is looking for transportation from
Chicago to Pennsylvania. My clowder will be purring for this little boy
kitten to find the transportation he needs. My humans will change their
plans to drive the first leg of his trip if need be, but his total trip
will require the cooperation of 12 drivers. Please join us in purring for
this little guy's trip.

Of the 12 legs involved in getting this special little guy to his new
foster home, only one leg remains to be filled. If you happen to know
anyone who lives along the route from North Lima OH to Monroeville PA
(I76), I'm sure that my human would be glad to give the contact info for
the transport coordinator. All that's keeping this special-needs kitten
from his foster home is 79 miles!

I just spoke with the transport coordinator. She tells me:
* She is very confident that this transport will go through;
* The kitten being transported has been renamed Jake (used to be Teo);
* Best of all, the human who was going to be his foster-Meowmie is now
going to be his forever-Meowmie!

Next week, after thr transport is complete, the coordinator is going to
send me a photo album of his journey. This very special little guy (born
without hind legs) is going to get his Forever Home!
