Starting to pack for my move to Florida

Big garment boxes that are still empty have become Maui and Oscar's caves.
The white strapping around the boxes is now upstairs in my den (it was in my
basement). I've had to hide the packing tape b/c Oscar thinks it's his to
naw on. A closet door left open is a magical adventure right now. Even 17
y.o. Pooh Bear was on the kitchen floor dragging a piece of rope I was using
(to drag boxes upstairs). It's all a wonderful new journey to explore...
that is, until the day I leave for Florida and the cats (and d*gs) go in
crates in the back of the van. Two pure Siamese ought to bring enough
yowling to last me a lifetime!!

House goes on the market on Tuesday!!!

I was going to suggest ear plugs for the drive, but you need to be able to
hear sirens, so I guess that's out. I wish you all the best for the trip,
and hope it's as uneventful as possible.

Hi Matthew... I'm from Jax, FL. I've been up here (Syracuse, NY) for 15
years. I was happily married when we came up here for his work. Six years
ago, we divorced. Due to the amount of animals I had (3 d*gs/4 cats), I
went out and bought a house here. Since I'm down one cat and one d*g, and
due to the horrendous winters we've had, I'm tossing my Syracuse hat in the
fires and 'am going HOME!! I will be your neighbor!!

I will be living very close to Tinsel Town. Most of my friends are in that
area too. And there is so much I wanna do in Orlando too. I'm absolutely
thrilled that I am going home!!!!
