Ummmm... anybody owning an overweight housecat? That would be an
case of excessive nutrition, no? ;-)

The focus was on calcium and phosphorus and he came up with that
comment. Was that being malicious or what?

No they're not! You're comparing the SD *kitten* food to the W & F.

Go back and reread Steve's post. Wellness and Felidae are kitten foods. He is
comparing "like products"...going for a better comparison.

The W & F are *not* exclusive kitten foods, despite your
attempted slight of hand.

YES, THEY ARE! A food that is "all life stages" is a growth food...READ KITTEN
FOOD! We're talking nutrients here, please try to keep up.

Go wank yourself. There's obviously a *big* difference of opinion here,
I don't consider "all life stages" to be kitten food, *exclusively*
kitten foods have more protein, therefore they are not comparable.
Period. Now, go back and re-read my first sentence.

If Hills can keep the phosphorus down and use say,
chicken meal at the top of the ingredient list instead of corn meal, I

LOL! Hill's products are the only foods that ALWAYS keep the phosphorus down.
Again, Cheryl, you are ONLY looking at the ingredient list. Why?? Surely by
now, you know the games that are played w/ ingredient lists. But I guess
emotionalism is all that matters for you and not efficacy or nutrition. You're
more worried about what words on a piece of paper say than the nutrient levels
going into your cats (managing risk factors).

Some of us look at *both*, and some of us *have* to look at ingredients
first and foremost or our pets suffer, dumb ass. Why don't *you* try
reading and you'd know that, especially of Cheryl since she's stated her
cat's problem about umpteen billion times.

Hello??? Because, Einstein, her cat has IBD. Everyone on the group knows
this and the only excuse you have for not knowing this is your pure,
unfettered inability to comprehend the simplest things. If the cat can't
tolerate the ingredients it can't eat the food. Everything else is
secondary.
