playing again

Yesterday I found one of Rusty's old toy - a ping pong sized ball he
got for Kissamouse. I tossed it to him and he just watched roll and ignored
it.
Then this morning I heard him playing soccer, or rather hockey, since
he is Catnadian. One whack and the ball rolled into the corner, I mean, the
net.

Like they said on TV:

He shoots, he scores!

Good to see the old cat playing agian. For a long time now all he does is
eat and sleep. Of course he is having his afternoon nap now. Playing hockey
is just so tiring for an 11 year old.

Man, it is so great to see the oldsters play. He must ve feeling pretty
good. I turned the panic mouse on low and Pearl is meatloafing by it, but
ocassionally taking a swipe. that is GOOD for her.

Perhaps I should teach Rusty to play ping pong as I think he should
become Chinese Catnadian, just like his Meowmie.
