Then there was someone whose cat had claimed ownership of an orange wig.
I think the cat might've thought the wig was its baby (I can't remember whether this was a male or female cat, but maybe it doesn't matter). Anyway, this cat would drag the wig between its legs and walk bowlegged like a leopard dragging a gazelle, everywhere he/she went. Our Ishtar did something similar, but it was rather sad. She had a litter of three kittens - a black one and a tuxedo that survived, and a stillborn tuxedo. For the rest of her life, if she found a black glove, she'd pick it up and carry it around in her mouth, then put it down gently and meow pathetically at it when it didn't move. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- e m a i l : j a c k @ c a m p i n . m e . u k Jack Campin, 11 Third Street, Newtongrange, Midlothian EH22 4PU, Scotland mobile 07800 739 557 http://www.campin.me.uk Twitter: JackCampin |

That's very sad. :( Jill |
